IHSF is the official Diocesean Archive for the Episcopal Diocese of the Rio Grande. Sacramental records date back to the late 1800's and are organized by City, State, Church and Year. Entries for the respective churches are based on information gathered in ceremonies consisting of Baptisms, Confirmations, Marriages and Burials. As information is uploaded, church links will be clickable and genealogical research may be conducted. In the meantime, you may contact us at research@ihsf.org with the name of the city, state, church and name of the person in question and any other information you may have and we will research the item. Research fees for DRG members are based on difficulty of search.

Third Party Pricing Policy for Diocese of the Rio Grande Archival Documents
The Institute of Historical Survey Foundation (IHSF) has an agreement with the Diocese of the Rio Grande (DRG) to provide archival services for the DRG. Non-diocesan third parties may request copies of unrestricted documents, images and audio recordings belonging to the DRG archive. Third parties will pay commercial rates for any copies of these items provided from the DRG archive contingent upon a specific usage agreement with IHSF. Prices are available via e-mail request to ihsf@zianet.org or by calling (575)525-3035.
